The Alexander Technique (AT) is a scientific, educational method, which uses a series of principles that when embodied, allows one to have a full kinesthetic experience and a more meaningful relationship to one’s artistry. AT, or the “work” as it’s often called, is powerful because it is a method of “thinking” in activity which cultivates greater efficiency in movement, and a reduction in pain and discomfort.

Virtual online Workshops and Master Classes are an effective way of reaching larger groups: Topics range from Introductory AT Work, Body Mapping (crucial to understanding how your body actually moves), Experiential Learning Activities, and Master classes designed for any aspects of the performing arts.
